Proposal for New Cross Gate NDC to improve public realm and connections and to open up the potential regeneration of a 4.5ha superstore site in the heart of New Cross.

The first stage reinstates a key east/west connection to create a quiet pedestrian route as an alternative to the heavily trafficked high street. A masterplan for strategic redevelopment of the whole site was produced to support the proposals.
