JCB masterplan, Uttoxeter
Masterplan and concept design for redevelopment of 9ha site of former JCB factory to provide new homes and a wide range of facilities. Winner of an RIBA competition, the masterplan is intended to strengthen the town centre and provide a legacy of the Bamford family’s association with Uttoxeter.
The masterplan includes a new public park with re-aligned brook, 260 new homes, 4200m2 retail, 5000m2 offices and community facilities.
