Conversion of a 7-storey building on Tottenham Court Road, in the west end of London from retail to speculative multi-let office space, with retail retained at ground floor level. The reception area was formed by expanding the existing stair core entrance and opening it up to the street. A bespoke steel artwork forms a continuous desk and chandelier in the new double-height entrance space.

A simple palette of warm, elemental materials, including oiled steel and cherry wood provides sensuality and a feeling of great quality within a tight budget.
