Springboard Innovation Centre

Award-winning 13,500 sq.ft ‘incubator’ providing managed offices and shared facilities to encourage start-up businesses in Stokesley, North Yorkshire.

The internal layout promotes sociability, exchange of ideas and a sense of community for the new businesses. Office division provide flexibility to allow easy change in unit size and openness. The sculptural roof form and curving mesh-screened facade create a strong identity, expressing the council’s commitment to encouraging innovation.
